    It is with gratitude and appreciation to you all that Schiff Capital Group Proudly celebrates its 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! We appreciate the help and cooperation of our investors, partners and all who have contributed to our success thus far!!

    We have had the good fortune to participate in over 20 major real estate deals valued at nearly a half a billion dollars and been involved in numerous other business transactions.

    Focused mainly on real estate, we have tried to remain disciplined and focused on “A locations” and as a result have produced extremely strong returns for all of our investors and are proud to say that each and every deal has been a complete winner!

    Below are a few examples:

    1) Aston Place Apartments – Victoria Village - The 59 unit apartment building was fully leased within 30 days of completion at substantially higher rents than projected. In addition all 10 townhomes sold well in excess of projected sale prices and were in contract before completion. We are currently scheduled to close on a sale of the apartments which will be a 5.8% cap and be the highest price per unit ever paid in the State of Ohio. As a result, our investors will nearly double their investment in about 3 years.

    2) The Atlas Building – Downtown Columbus - Just nearing completion of the 98 unit apartment conversion from office and it has already achieved 100% of the units leased – again at rents well above what was projected. Our investors should make average annual returns well in excess of 20% after the refinance this year.

    3) Several Medical Office Buildings - With our partner Equity, Inc. – One has been sold with investor returns in excess of 20% after less than 3 years and the others continue to produce double digit annual returns.

    4) The Grammercy New Albany - Schiff Capital Group raised the equity for this successful apartment deal developed by Kaufman Development and investors nearly tripled their investment after it was sold in just 3 years.

    5) Numerous Other Businesses - Please brows our website to see detail of these and other deals in which we have participated. Overall, we are proud to have produced global returns which average well above 20% annually for investors!!
