Leveque Tower

The LeVeque Tower Is A 47-Story Art Deco Style Building Built In 1927 And Was Designed By Architect C. Howard Crane. Its Original Construction Cost Approximately $8 Million. It Was The Tallest Building In Columbus Until 1974 When The Rhodes Office Tower Was Completed.

In 2011 The Tower Underwent  Extensive Renovations To Include Exterior Repairs, Sidewalk Upgrades Around The Building, A Brand New Lobby And Updated Offices. A 150 Room Luxury Hotel Atop Of The Office Floors Followed By The Top 24 Floors Of Luxury Condominiums And Apartments.

Many Of The Original Architectural Features Can Be Found Throughout The Building.
